Shipping & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Luxe Lumiere. Below is an outline of the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Return Policy. We currently ship to the USA only.
PROCESSING TIMES:
• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days when order volume is light, 4-5 business days when order volume is medium and 5-7 business days when order volume is heavy.
• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during the cooler months, and Monday through Thursday during the hotter months so as to ensure that our packages don’t sit for extended periods of time in hot facilities or trucks over the weekend.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders than usual, processing times and shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the processing or shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text.
SHIPPING COSTS & SERVICE AREAS:
• Our shipment carriers of choice are USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Postal Service). Both carriers offer a variety of domestic shipping speeds, and those choices will be displayed at checkout.
• Shipping costs for your order will be calculated at checkout in real time based upon your location and the weight of your package.
• We ship to APO/FPO military addresses within the continental United States only.
• We do not ship to P. O. boxes.
• We do not currently ship worldwide.
• Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
• We offer PROMOTIONAL FREE SHIPPING from time to time for addresses within the continental United States only.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:
• You will receive a shipment confirmation via email and/or text once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.
WE ARE PAPERLESS
• So as to be kinder to the environment, Luxe Lumiere does not include invoices inside of your package.
• If you require a copy of your invoice, please request it in your order notes and one will be sent to you digitally via email.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
• Luxe Lumiere is not liable for any products that are lost or damaged during shipping. However, if you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact us at Luxe Lumiere.
• If your order was lost, please contact us at Luxe Lumiere so that we can confirm the delivery information. If all of the shipment details are correct on our end, we will then direct you to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
